Learn to ask questions and advocate for your maternity care needs!

Community Classes

These classes are a great way to learn more about what we do and how we help families with compassionate doula care. If you're thinking about having a doula, it’s the perfect time to ask questions and find out how we can support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Whether you want to explore birth options or learn ways to relieve pain during labor, we’ve got you covered. Feel free to bring your support person with you! You do not have to be a BirthWell Partners client to attend- anyone is welcome!

What's on the Menu?

Your Birth, Your Choices—Don’t Let Someone Else Decide!

There’s a lot at stake—it’s your life and your baby. When it comes to birth, you have options—but if you don’t know what they are, someone else might decide for you! This class is all about making informed decisions and learning all your birth options.  By the end of the class, you’ll feel confident knowing exactly what’s on your birth menu, and how to choose what works best for you!
